Are you looking for a fun and creative way to celebrate your child’s birthday?
Host your child’s next birthday party at Work of Heart Studios. We specialize in creating a unique experience for every child. We offer a variety of engaging projects such as canvas paintings, wood crafts, clay, and cardboard sculptures. We love to customize each project to fit your child’s dream theme, ensuring a unique and memorable experience for all!
All Parties Include:
Private use of the studio space
2 hours of party time
20 minutes before and after the party for the host family to set up and pack up
Creative experience led by a friendly party host
10 participating children (Additional children can be added.)

Party Packages
Canvas Painting
Little artists always have a blast with this classic option. We create a customized canvas for any theme the birthday child desires. WE will provide some guided instruction, but we prefer to let the artist create with their own vision and color choices.
Best for ages 5+, Starting at $395
Faux Cakes
A fun and creative experience for kids of all ages to express themselves freely! We offer three options: JUMBO cardboard cupcakes, 3-D cardboard slices of cake, and air-dry clay cupcakes. Artists can add faux frosting, candles, and embellishments to make their cake look good enough to eat.

Wood Shape Keepsake
We offer several shape options and can match almost any party theme your child desires! Each artist will paint and decorate a 12" wooden cutout. We will provide some guided instruction, but we prefer to let the artist create with their own vision and color choices.

Have a project idea you don't see here? Let us know, and we can make it happen! The cost of a party with a custom project starts at $395 and depends on the amount of planning and required supplies.

Yes. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your party date. The remaining balance will be charged the week of your party. The deposit must be paid within 72 hours. After that, your date may be offered to others.

The party price includes up to 10 children (including the birthday child and participating siblings). The cost is $15 for each additional child up to 20 children maximum. Extra parents and caregivers are welcome, but we only offer seating for up to 24 total guests.

Parties are two hours in length
The host family is welcome 20 minutes before the party's start time to bring in any decorations and food necessary. Guests may not arrive until the official party's start time.

Yes! The host family can bring in a dessert, snacks, beverages, and cutlery, including plates, napkins, cups, and utensils. We do not provide these items. Our staff will assist you with the distribution of food and beverages.
If you would like to add a meal such as pizza, etc food must be purchased from Coaches Corner, and arrangements need to be made with them in advance.
Alcohol is not permitted at any event within our facility.
We do provide plastic table covers in the color of your choice. If no color is specified, white table covers will be used.

Of course! You may bring in helium-filled balloons and any decor of your choice.

In case of inclement weather or illness of the birthday child, parties may be cancelled. However, our small business depends on our parties, so all deposits are nonrefundable. We will do our best to offer a date to reschedule, but this is not guaranteed.

We do! The only thing you'll need to do after the party is take items that you wish to bring home (such as gifts, extra food, and any decorations you wish to keep). You are given a 20-minutes after your party to remove items from the studio.
